I really like how the colors and the woman fit together, this is mainly due to the woman's facial expression and the colors of the water and the trees are the same as the woman's hair and dress.
Next time you perhaps can let the flowers be a bit more red, because that makes that your attention directly goes to the women. This time, my attention went the most to the background.

I am aware of the colors problem in this image, but I'm
just a beginner, so I hope that's my excuse
And yeah, the background gets more attention automatically
because it's drawn and already manipulated, other parts
are mostly photographed and I still don't know how to make
those more 'magical' :S
It's very good for a beginner btw!
